The intervention of T.H.I REVETEMENT consists in renewing the anti-corrosion painting system for the protection of the metal frame and the HV\/MV transformers by sandblasting; brushing and painting according to a power outage schedule for risk-free access to the transformers and the disconnector support frame <\/p>\n\n\n\n
The system consists of preparing the surface by sandblasting for the frame and by ST3 brushing for the transformers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
For the frame, as soon as the sandblasting is finished, the first coat of anti-corrosion painting is applied, the primary coat of anti-corrosion paint is used to protect the bare surface after the sandblasting. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
The painting system is further reinforced with an intermediate layer of anti-corrosion paint. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
The anti-corrosion painting system is finally closed with a coat of waterproof finishing paint. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
For the transformer, after brushing, the first coat of anti-corrosion paint is manually applied only to the corroded surfaces cleaned by brushing. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
