{"id":17284,"date":"2020-11-24T22:04:57","date_gmt":"2020-11-24T22:04:57","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/demos-softgroup.com\/del\/?post_type=nproject&#038;p=17284"},"modified":"2022-01-20T18:45:34","modified_gmt":"2022-01-20T18:45:34","slug":"sandblasting-and-heat-resistant-painting-of-two-combustion-turbines-located-in-zarsis-power-turbine","status":"publish","type":"nproject","link":"https:\/\/thi-revetement.com\/en\/thi_references\/sandblasting-and-heat-resistant-painting-of-two-combustion-turbines-located-in-zarsis-power-turbine\/","title":{"rendered":"Sandblasting and heat resistant painting of two combustion turbines located in Zarsis &#8211; Power Turbine"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The intervention of T.H.I REVETEMENT consists in renewing the heat resistant protection system of the boilers and chimneys (500\u00b0C) of the two combustion turbines.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The intervention of <strong>T.H.I REVETEMENT<\/strong> consists in carrying out a general stripping by sandblasting of all surfaces and applying a new painting system that resists corrosion in the presence of high temperature.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For the boilers and the two chimneys, after total sandblasting, two coats of anti-corrosion paint are applied, which can withstand high temperatures (500\u00b0C).&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For equipment, after sandblasting, the first coat of anti-corrosion painting is applied, the primary coat of anti-corrosion paint is used to protect the bare surface after sandblasting. The painting system is further reinforced with an intermediate layer of anti-corrosion paint.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&nbsp;The anti-corrosion painting system is finally closed with a coat of waterproof finishing paint.
