LPG gas storage spheres must have extreme protection against the origins of leaks and in particular against corrosion. Any leak of LPG gas on the spheres due to corrosion can cause a disaster in the industrial area. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Our intervention consists of protecting the spheres by renewing the protective coating while respecting very strict safety standards and maintaining the signaling colors for each type of gas. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
The system consists of preparing the surface by brushing ST3 with an explosion-proof material that does not produce sparks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
After brushing, the first coat of anti-corrosion paint is applied, the primer coat of anti-corrosion paint is used to protect the bare surface after brushing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The paint system is further reinforced with an intermediate layer of anti-corrosion paint. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
The anti-corrosion paint system is finally closed with a coat of waterproof finishing paint. The complete system of brushing and anti-corrosion paint applied is able to resist chemical agents, mechanical stress and the sun’s rays.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
