The piping of the LPG gas lines must have high corrosion protection, especially since they are very close to the mother.

Any leak of LPG gas on the line piping due to corrosion can cause a disaster in the industrial area.

Our intervention consists of protecting the LPG gas lines by renewing the protective paint while respecting very strict safety standards and maintaining the signaling colors of each gas pipe.

The system consists of preparing the surface by brushing ST3 with an explosion-proof material that does not produce sparks.

After brushing, the first coat of anti-corrosion paint is applied; the primer coat of anti-corrosion paint is used to protect the bare surface after brushing.

The paint system is further reinforced with an intermediate layer of anti-corrosion paint.

The anti-corrosion paint system is finally closed with a coat of waterproof finishing paint.

The complete system of brushing and anti-corrosion paint applied to the LPG gas lines is able to resist chemical agents, mechanical stresses and the sun’s rays.
